King of the tree

Yup. The Flu.
-Weak
-Sinus Inflammation
-Body aches, especially joints and throat
-Nasal congestion
-Feel like a sack of toys that rolled down a mountain and ended up in a muddy ditch
-Irritated, watering eyes
-Fatigue
-Fever and extreme coldness (chills shivering, shaking (rigor))

Check. Check. Check. Check. Check. Check. …and Check (not the shivering).

I hate being sick.

When down to my parents last night after work. My parents wifi hasn’t been working for some time, so despite my body consuming itself, I ventured down to see if I could help them. It was pretty obvious the problem was their wifi router. It wouldn’t reset so I couldn’t logon into it… so really I couldn’t fix the settings. So we drove down to Future Shop and got another cheapo wifi router… after playing with settings for a bit I was able to get it working. So my Mother is back online and has no excuse not to keep up with her Words with Friends games.

My sister had a great idea to give my parents… well, my parents cats, a cat tree for their birthday. My parents don’t need anything. The cats were climbing on the tree as soon as it was in the house. I think it will get a ton of use. If the flu doesn’t kill me, I’ll post a crappy photo from my camera later. I did get a lasagna and cookies out of the visit. Which sucks because my appetite is gone. Sigh…

Now I’m going to try and perfect sleeping while sitting.
