Unfortunately our friend and dog grandmother took a nasty spill and broke her upper arm. She's in rough shape for sure...So we drove up to London Saturday to bring her some groceries and help her out. Google was saying parts of the 401 were closed? Weird. We didn't find any evidence of this. *shrug* Wow, the drive to London seems to take forever. As we had no idea how long we'd be we brought the dogs. There is literally nothing in her backyard. No trees, no flowers, no shrubs. The dogs were bored in 15m and wanted to come in the house. *snort* That gave me a opportunity to cut the lawn. My gawd it was hot. I had thought I brought an extra t-shirt but I couldn't find it. Hmpt. Bdot took her out to help close a car deal she's been waiting to get done. We also helped with a few things around the house that she wasn't able to do. I'd like to think we lifted her spirits a bit. It would be a drag being able to do so little with her arm as it was. We destroyed another Cup N' Char pizza from Pizzaville once we got home. Mmm.
We started a odd series Sneaky Pete. *Eyeroll* The concept seems stupid to me... A guy gets out of jail after 20 years and pretends to be his cellmate and returns to his family. They wouldn't know? COME ON! So if you suspend your disbelief...It is otherwise pretty good. I'm curious to see how the character manages to keep this act up...

One of my favourite games is Civ VI. I've been playing it for a long time and I've logged a stupid number of hours playing it. I have finally beat the hardest level and scored some rare achievements. Pretty surprised so few have beat God-like.
