Sports can be incredible at times. Canada's Men's National Team did the improbable today. They were coming off a huge loss against Netherlands playing France (ranked 2nd in the world - Canada is um 49th...) in France on fewer rest days. It was looking like it was going to be another huge beat down. I was expecting a beat down. But you have to play the games. Canada made a few adjustments. Crepeau started in net and (my fav) Laryea got some minutes...The boys looked great and structured...they worked more efficiently than the Netherlands game and were able to tie France. They could have even won the game, they had some great chances. What an incredible result! Not sure what else the coach Marsch did, but, damn let's get to Copa! O Canada! Oh Baby!
Saturday night we watched Fall Guy. I had no expectations for the film... so I was pleasantly surprised that it ended up being quite entertaining. The film paid a ton of homage to all sorts of action tv series and movies. I expect a YouTube video one day detailing them all. The movie was fun. It had a simple story and yet had enough twists and curious characters to pull off 2hrs of solid action. I mean there was a stunt dog named Jean Claude. Both leads were great too. A surprising โญโญโญโญ from me.
On crazy puppy duty most of today as bdot was off with Snugoo. It was pretty tiring keeping a puppy out of trouble all day...

Oilers down 2 going back to Edmonton. Bloody hell.
Sad to hear about St.Anne's church in downtown Toronto burning down. Sounds like they lost a lot of irreplaceable paintings...
