Wow… weekends are filling up fast in the Fall. We are joining Pat and Jen at a cottage this weekend. This is the first cottage I’ve ever rented… usually when we go away it is to a family cottage. So it should be interesting… I’m booking it out of work early today so we’ll try to get going before the Barrie 400 traffic crush of Doom. We’ll see. Our best intentions seldom manifest themselves into being early. Unfortunately it is a pet free cottage. So Tanga will be spending the weekend at my sisters. I’ve sure she will enjoy the weekend with her gray cousins.

It has been a very busy week… Bdot has worked late every night this week so I’ve been getting home, taking care of the animals, dinner, groceries, etc. Pretty zonked by 10 and ready to collapse. I’m looking forward to doing sweet FA this weekend.

Winter is coming… Yes colder of course, but maybe even more profound is less and less sun… Sure I bitch about the big ball of hydrogen a lot (eff the sun!) but, I gotta say – walking the dog alone in a dark forest… gah. I’ve watched too my horror movies for my mind not to create strange scenarios for every strange night sound. Heh.
