Well... the first half of Canada's 🇨🇦 COPA ⚽ game v. Chile 🇨🇱 wasn't too bad... They were on the front foot most of the half. Especially after Chile's red card. 🟥 (Again!) Chile seemed to be a better team than Peru. They relied more on skill than thug-like tactics. In spite of the advantage, Canada was still unable to score. However, with Argentina beating Peru... All Canada needed was a draw. And that is what they got. So Canada makes it out of group! They (again!) had chances to score that they didn't put away...it seems to be becoming a theme. They'll have to score at some point or they'll be going home. That said, it still feels like they haven't played a good game. They played well enough not to lose but never good enough to win. But, it is a big deal to get out of group in COPA, especially for Canada. It is looking like Venezuela 🇻🇪 may be their next match.

Across the pond at Euro...the Italians 🇮🇹 didn't put up much of a fight against the Swiss 🇨🇭. A bit surprising. Germany 🇩🇪 also advances over Denmark 🇩🇰.

Bdot was out with the puppy most of the day. I got groceries and did some housework. My back is pretty sore after the message yesterday. Hmmpt.
