The garden is waking up. The backyard isn't looking too bad IMHO...I've been using one of those old school push mowers for a while. It is pretty decent in most situations but starting to find it more difficult to use in some areas of the yard. We are contemplating an electric mower. From what I've read it seems pretty awesome. Most of the reviews are very positive. It cuts well, runs quietly and gas/oil to deal with. I think it is this badboy at Costoco or something similar...

Aww TFC... Were behind late last night... and lost but... they certainly generated enough chances to win. No finish. Not sure why Insigne was brought on so late? Hmmpt.

At the Worlds: Slovakia 🇸🇰 just barely beat the U.S. 🇺🇸 who overcame a 4-1 lead to push the game to OT. Swiss 🇨🇭 and Czechia 🇨🇿 1-1 to OT. The Europeans sure know how to spectate at a sporting event. Put North Americans to shame...

Great characters

While I agree with most reviews that Season 3 of Killing Eve wasn't as good as 1 and 2...It did improve after the dismal start (S3E2.) The bridge ending wasn't too bad. Still great acting. Looking ahead, it looks like season 4 goes off the rails. Hmmpt. Shame...such great characters. Villsanelle was incredible.

WHOA. Soccer Canada has finally hired their coach. American coach Jesse Marsch. As I know nothing about him...I'll see what he does with the lineup. Glad at least we have a direction and a competent man at the helm now (not that Beillo wasn't) It sounds like Soccer Canada sold its soul for corporate donations to get this coach. What is the quid pro quo here? It is potentially very ugly for the Canadian lineup...

update - Canada nearly fumbles

Canada outplayed Austria 🇦🇹 most of the game and was out to a 6-1 lead as many expected. But wow...you have to play the games. 60m. They took their foot off the gas and let the Austrians get back to tie it. Yikes This was an embarrassment! FIVE STRAIGHT GOALS. PHEW I hate Tavares but he saved our bacon in OT for the win. I couldn't imagine if they has lost. *gasp* What a shit effort in the 3rd. Canada better get their heads on straight or it'll be another no-show on podium. Six goals against from Austria?!
