Not sure what I think about the murder of Gaddafi. I often wonder what a top politician like him would have to say if they were made to stand trial. I’m sure there are many influential people and entities that would want him dead, and more importantly, his knowledge to die with him. I think it is a momentous occasion. It will be fascinating to witness the results of this ‘Arab Spring’ evolve. Ultimately it isn’t surprising that he was killed in the streets. Human nature being what it is, being under his oppressive thumb for decades the sense of wrath and vengeance would have to be overwhelming. Hmm.

Sabres are off to a 5-1 start! Miller got a shutout last night. Vanek is becoming a crazy scoring threat. Beware of #vanekslapshot. Myers is amazing. He seems to be everywhere when he is on the ice. Now if Leino and Boyes could start producing… So far it has been an impressive start to the first full season of the Pegula era. Ironically the only loss was at home.
