Summons

Well, that was a waste of time. When I initially got the Summons for Jury duty selection, I wrote a letter to be excused so I could focus on my job search and maintain my availability. I thought it was a pretty convincing letter. I didn’t hear back so I had to go to Brampton this morning. I waited in a few lines to find out I was deferred from jury duty and was ‘free to go’. Sigh. So because they couldn’t e-mail or call I drove in for nothing. Oh well. Back to the grind. I’m glad this is resolved anyway.
