Burning out

For the second in a row working ridiculously late. Got home last night after 1… tonight is already 2… *sigh* Is it poor management or the nature of the gaming industry. Even the larger gaming company’s have ‘crunch time’… well it is crunchy here. I just wonder how long it will continue to be fun missing reality and life outside of work. I think I have a girlfriend, dog and cats somewhere… hmm.
