Wow. What a game! Canada v. US. It happens a lot in finals for both the men and the women. It was a tight, tight game. 1-1 after 1. 2-2 after 2. Still 2-2 after 3. OT was full 5 on 5... Chances back and forth. Binnington who I dogged a bit, made some huge saves. Then after a faceoff in the offensive zone, Marner (cough) made a great pass to McDavid in slot and he had a whole side to shoot at. What a great win for Canada!

Another great night of ball hockey! I think it was our best night ever. Passing was on point and everything clicked perfectly. In two periods we were able to reach the mercy rule and end the game. I think the goalie got a shutout too. Pretty remarkable, I don't think there has ever been a shutout. But again, we've been together for years now and the team we played is all new players. Wasn't watching the ball while off and took a ball to the side of the face. I was surprised it didn't really hurt that much. Must be all that plastic surgery. By contrast, the first game was the opposite. VERY tight... Ended in a 8-8 (or so) tie with both teams having a winning shot chance with less than 1m left.

Sabres also with a big but ultimately pointless win. TFC season opener. They looked pretty good...They don't look to be missing the Italian Manbaby at all...Berna is incredible.
