Mmm. Beer.

In the infinite wisdom of my Executive Director at work the office is closed Friday… So, I get an extra long weekend with the Canada Day holiday tossed in. B. and I will be off to her sister’s cottage tomorrow for (at least) part of the weekend. I think the weather is finally improving. Hopefully it will be a good weekend.

B. has reason to celebrate! Her divorce is finally finalized! (No thanks to her dead beat Ex) This is great news! We can start to look forward…

The ball hockey season is ending a lot sooner than I thought it was… Looks like the last game is mid July. I heard the playoffs are pretty long however. It is good exercise. I might take up jogging instead however next year. We’ll see.

Lastly, the HST goes into effect today. Seems like another government money grab. It is particularly annoying since it is on essential resources like hydro, gas, etc.. The one time cheque from the gov’t is insulting. Happy freaking Canada day. 😛
