Saturday was the Vizsla Society of Ontario Fun day. It was held on a large property outside of Guelph. There were likely 40 or so dogs there throughout the day. So. There was barking, chasing, running, swimming, fetching, retrieving, pointing, wrestling and all sorts of odd dog behaviour. For a dog noob, it was pretty enjoyable. I didnโt enjoy the suns of blazing hell beating down on me. (Parts of me are rather red todayโฆ) Tanga got to see some of her littermates again. Did she ever. She battled with one of the boys practically the entire time they werenโt separated. Hehe. Alsoโฆ we took her down to the pond for the first time. She walked into the pond and just kept going into the deeper water right into a swim. That was impressive. It was nice to bring home a tired dog.
In the evening we watched Madagascar with my sister and her husband. It was light, enjoyable. Not groundbreaking but amusing for what it was. The penguins were particularly good. โญโญโญยฝ
Today was a blur. Shopping. Yard work. We ended the evening with another film, Hero. I enjoyed it. It was visually stunning with a good story. I still donโt get the Iโm flying around martial arts sequences however. Bruce Lee never walked on any buildings that Iโm aware of. Still an wonderful film. Check it out if you like action/martial arts films with a little more substance. โญโญโญยพ
