Wait for me!

The contract work is winding down. Hopefully I’ll actually get paid for it. Ahem. I’ve been working on a new portfolio site. It seems odd to be doing this since I’ve been doing web development only intermittently over the past year. I did learn many useful new CSS techniques when I redid the Studio site however. So. We’ll see. There is another option which should have clarity soon, one way or another…

B. and I have been walking a lot together. It is some of the most enjoyable time we spend together, even if we are often freezing, lost or tired. Last weekend we looked at snowshoes to extend our enjoyment of Winter.

I made my first pot of soup from scratch yesterday, Chicken Potato with Rosemary. It is actually quite good, albeit a little thick, I added too much flour. Also I think the flour needs to be whisked or something before it is added because it solidified and made a bit of a mess. *shrug* I followed the recipe! Anyway, no one has died from eating it so far.
