I know politics bores you but I feel like a hypocrite talking to you, you and your racist friend...

Having recently moved to Bolton I didn’t have a voting card for the new riding. So, when I arrived to vote I had extra ‘paperwork’ to take care of. Well… I starting chatting a little with some of the Elections Canada officers and they needed to know where I moved from. Brampton I said. She replied,’Oh.. moved, don’t blame you, you must have been one of the only white people there…’ Wha!?? Did I seriously just hear you say that? Well she said, ‘all those gangs and trouble…’ After she still didn’t hear an ideological affirmation she back peddled slightly, ‘it is more the gangs than the people there…’ Voting Conservative I take it? I figured Bolton was WASPy but openly racist? No. Wasn’t expecting that. Gawd… Disappointing.

Equally disappointing is the projected Conservative minority government. Blah.
