Yum.

Yum.

After much poking and prodding I went to a walk-in yesterday to get my cough checked out. I was expecting a long wait and a room full of sickness and noise fortunately it was the opposite. There were four people before me and I was in and out in maybe 35 minutes. To determine what? Wellโ€ฆ nothing really. My chest was fine, my throat was fineโ€ฆ I was told to finish off the penicillin from my root canal then see where Iโ€™m at. Ironically, I do feel better today, and the cough was only mildly annoying last night. Maybe just seeing a Doctor let the virus (or whatever) know I was serious so it is checking out?

Thursday and Friday were looong nights at work. Iโ€™ll be glad when this mobile project is done. It has been a bit of a nightmare. We hired a new Mobile Lead so now getting it done can be largely unloaded onto his back. *cackles in delight*

Brian and Marnie came over last night after our dog breedโ€™s club Fun Day. We were all pretty zonked so we decided to go out fro dinner. We finally settled on Indian food. Ironically B. and I are leaving Brampton and are only now finding a Indian restaurant to go to. *smirk* I was expecting a small place with menu service. Instead it was massive, packed full of people and buffet. Vegetarian buffetโ€ฆ I wasnโ€™t too excited about a meatless dinner, but I was hungry and we were there soโ€ฆ Dig in! And wowโ€ฆ it was really good! Props to Brars. The staff was friendly and explained a lot of things to us white folks. (We were at one of two tables in the whole restaurant with white people at itโ€ฆI figured that was a good indication that the food would be good) I would return for sure. I wish the dishes were labeled so I could explain what I liked โ€ฆ there was one sauce, which is usually on Butter Chicken which was amazingโ€ฆ.The food was very filling as well. I couldnโ€™t believe how full I was after a plate and a bit. After dinner we flocked over to the dessert display. It was pretty impressive. Rows upon rows of candied goodness. Marnie treated us to a box of assorted yum. Thanks Marn! Now to sleep off the big dinner.

Big win for Russia in Euro 2008! ๐Ÿ˜€
