Our home networking is based on Ubiquiti hardware. The main piece the router has worked well, as has the primary wifi access point (the flex)... But lord almighty, the battles I've had with their shitty UAP Beacon HD... pretty much since day one, I've had issues with them. I dealt with their shit 'clueless obviously outsourced incompetent customer service'... Had at least one physically replaced...and there have been periods where they worked well. Then Ubi will send a update and break them. Over and Over. So I've kinda got a process they had typically worked to fix them... but it seems this time ubi might have actually killed them for good. Sigh The wifi still works with just the flex, but it is a multi-floor house and the tops and bottoms don't get great wifi now... I'll try them again in a few days and hope this is a known issues and they repatch their shit patch. *eyeroll*

I gave up on Cosmic OS - yeah yeah I know it is a Beta, but there are so many little things that don't work... it seems like they sure are taking their time. I decided to give OpenSuSe Tumbleweed a shot. So far it has worked quite well.
