Nothing like getting a tornado alert at 11PM...It was locally windy but nothing remotely as dangerous as a tornado. Phew...

It was an odd week as hockey ended up getting cancelled because the school needed the gym. Ho-hum.

Sabres had an absolutely unmemorable day on remembrance day with a horrible loss to the last place Habs at home. Just gross. And Tage is injured. What a shit day for the Sabres.

We blew through the second season of The Diplomat this weekend. What an excellent series! Solid drama, great characters, amazing writing... The next series we started watching is Sons of Anarchy. Good times.

Be sure to take a moment to remember the sacrifice made by the Allies in WWII. It seems with the turmoil around the world, and rise of the right, that humans are edging closer and closer to another major conflict. Have we not learned anything from the past?
