Phew… The uber project at work is finally done. (Well – I hope it is – as far as I know it is done at least *for now…) It was a crazy few weeks. I think I logged close to 130 hours for the two weeks. *cough* I feel spent. I don’t go back in until next Thursday. I’m looking forward to being home. I feel alien here. I’m surprised the dog didn’t bark at me and that the cat didn’t run from me. A special thanks to B. for being understanding during this time. A lot of my co-workers caught a lot of grief from their spouses during this period. Who said game development was glamourous? It isn’t. Fun yes, a lot of insane hours yes. It was only possible with the great team I work with. I’m looking forward to seeing how our game is received. Regardless I think we did a great job all things considered. Now to sleep.
