Moody, irritable

I was having a crappy day today…Moody, irritable,… most sane people would have stayed well away from me – I would have stayed away from myself if it was an option. So… I was happy, surprised and impressed to see my girlfriend in the driveway (having driven nearly 2 hours to see me) for an unannounced visit. Huh! Well, when someone cares enough to do something like that for you it is impossible not to smile and feel good… and I did almost immediately. We walked down to DQ… I think we held hands the entire way (about 6-7 blocks). Thank you B. for loving me in spite of myself.
