Taxes

Ahh yes tax time, other than Death, the one unavoidable course of life. Fortunately as Canadians we finally have a great option. For a few years now you have have the option of filing online at ufile with a few clicks. I did my taxes tonight in 10 minutes. Granted my return is very simple… but still… no calculations, no stamps, no mess. *And no I don’t work for ufile* hehe… just love the fact that I can now do my taxes during the news without a calculator. All that said, my refund this year is a paltry hundred bucks. Ho-hum.

Apparently there is a storm hitting most of Southern Ontario. It really isn’t that bad in Brampton (as I type this anyway…). Other parts of the region however, are getting hammered. Sure was cold however during the dog walk. Brrr… the temperature *with windchill* was -26.

Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day. For a change I wanted to be early and wish my honey, B., a Happy Valentine’s Day. Hugs and kisses.
