While England showed spurts of quality during EURO... I think Spain was more consistently good. They deserved the win.

Bdot was away having a meeting of the coven. So, I had double dog duty. It was busy. If Edith wasn't in her kennel then it was constantly up and down and inside and outside. It was crazy hot out too. So I didn't get a lot done.

I was pretty excited about the Steam Summer Sale. I googled, and youtubed and reviewed steam lists for hours to find a few games to buy. All three were deeply discounted. ARMAIII, it rated really well and had both single and multiplayer gameplay. Assassin's Creed Valhalla, also reviewed well and I'm enjoyed the AC series. Styx - Master of Shadows, was really cheap and it sounded good. Assassin's Creed Valhalla loaded got to the menu screen and died when gameplay was initiating. Over and over. [REFUNDED] ARMAIII was a frustrating control nightmare. I would assign a key, it wouldn't do anything. It was WAYYYY more complicated than it needed to be. It was a good looking game but unplayable due to poor UI. [REFUNDED] And Styx was just dull and not what I was hoping for... [REFUNDED] Yup. 😕

Wow, it sounds like the COPA final was a mess. Delayed because hordes of fans showed up without tickets (game start delayed 82m!!) and just kept trying to force their way in? UGH. Argentina won. Ho-hum.

Yikes... now seeing photos of the carnage causes by 'so-called fans' of Colombia and Argentina... (people were trying to get in via air vents!) It looks like these thugs do millions in damage to the facilities hosting the game. This is what is coming to Canada for the World Cup. I sure hope organizers have taken notice so these 'fans' don't destroy our local stadiums. Such disrespect and selfishness. *Cough* This is what happens when passion turns into idiocy. CONMEBOL. 😕 What makes this worse is the violence in the early games still didn't prepare them to take security more seriously for the FINAL.

Apparently there is an International Ball Hockey tournament and Canada 🇨🇦 won this year. HUH! The final game vs. Czechia 🇨🇿 found its way in my YouTube feed.
