Devil's haircut on my mind...🎶

Huh. I got my haircut today. Normally that wouldn’t be blog worthy, but today was my first trim in Brampton at the local barber. Well, it turns out that the Barber, let’s call him Steve, is from St.Catharines (where I’m originally from) and not only went to the same high school as me but had some of the same teachers and hung out at the same bar (oh, how I miss Gord’s). Wow. That a bit of a trip. I wouldn’t think there would be many people leaving St.Catharines to move to Brampton. Heh.

Well it sucks there will be no hockey. It sucks that both sides have known it was coming and couldn’t come to an agreement. It sucks because everyone loses. I know it has to be done, and when this lock out is settled the NHL will be a better place especially for the smaller market teams. Sigh.

The good news is that a bunch of NHL players have formed a league and are playing a bunch of games ⚠️ (link now 404 😕 - April/24) at affordable rates!

School is going well. I’m really enjoying the content. Busy though. Gah!
