Evil gaming empires

It was a sleepy weekend. B. was gone most of Saturday helping at a dog ability test. I got in some gaming, walked the dog (in the rain) and got a few things done around the house. In the evening we watched some older episodes of House we had on tape. It is such a decent show… Sunday we went shopping. We both got some clothes from Costco. In the evening we started assembly a Sun shelter. We got the frame all done then the bug got too bad outside so we will hopefully finish it tonight.

I looked for some PSP games this weekend… I didn’t find anything impressive. Bah. It is amazing and disappointing how unfriendly the PSP is for getting content onto it. It is sickeningly restrictive and proprietary. And instead of making it easier for people have bought a PSP to get games etc. onto their PSP, Sony, with each BIOS build has made it MORE restrictive. I’m not disappointed I bought one… I believe it is the best mobile unit available but a big fsck you to Sony for making a great product and thinking about the dollar before the customer *YET AGAIN*. Sure Microsoft is the evil empire but I see no difference with Sony at all. As a big gamer this makes the console war even more confusing. Choosing between the money greedy evil Empires or Nintendos strange remote control console. Bah. Thank gawd I have my PC.
