Ball hockey is back for another season. Unfortunately, we were missing half our team. The players we did have played positions they don't typically play... So I was expected a gong show. But some players from another team subbed for us (thank gawd) so we kept it close. Still, by the 4th quarter we were all gassed. The other team had a full roster...so meh. I played okay. I played a lot of forward (which I don't typically) - scored a few goals. But as a teammate pointed out - something was off - the subs and us didn't have good chemistry. I felt I was floating around a lot and never received any service. (to borrow a Soccerism) Still.. a fun night Hopefully, we get a full team back next Friday. Ended up losing by two.

When I got home I watched the CAMWNT play a Friendly against Argentina. The Canadians were pretty dominant. And the game got pretty unfriendly in the final 30m

I think the world is onto Mango Mussolini. He still believes he can bully everyone with tariffs. The world is responding and isolating the US and just adding reciprocal tariffs. The end result is only a few benefit. Most of humanity will suffer due to his incompetence and greed.

We finished season 1 of 1923. It has been a pretty disappointing series. I'm surprised Ford and Mirren signed up for it. (Although their storyline isn't too bad...) The reoccurring plotline with Alex's ex is ridiculous. As is the length a half dozen men have gone through to capture one 'native' girl... Anyway... It has some deep flaws for sure. The long shots of the area however are always grand. Alex and Spencer seem to the most interesting couple. Some of the laws in Montana in 1923 are pretty insane. Miscegenation just came off the books in 2000 in which state? Anyone? Oh, Alabama. WHAT A SHOCK. ⭐⭐⭐¼
