Walking in the rain. HEY DOG!!

You know you love your dog when your walk her in the pouring rain. I tried another part of the Palgrave side trail today and it was really nice. There is a small area to park off Duffy Lane where I walked with Tanga today. In spite of the rain it was good to get outside, it was still rather warm.

I don’t know what it is about employers not returning e-mails or letting you know what is going on with a job you interviewed for. In the last interview I specifically asked them to let me know either way. Sure, they said, no problem. Well, it has been a week and nothing… So I e-mailed them today and still nothing. GRRR… I may have some web work through B.’s employer. Should know soon. It would be nice to get a real cheque for a week’s work.

I’m still doing okay in the hockey pool! Second place. GO FLAMES! GO CAPS!

Oh ya! Installed the newest Ubuntu, V9.04, the Jaunty Jackalope… I can’t say I notice a lot ‘visually’ different. It does seem to load a lot faster however. I love Ubuntu!
