gotta get organized

Instead of going into school today (classes actually start tomorrow) I stayed home, did laundry and started re-organizing the dreaded basement. During the holidays the basement was the dumping ground for the many long days of going in and out of the house. One little project led to many. Eventually the entire basement was changed somehow (including re-organizing parts of the garage with the help of B.’s brother). There is still a lot to do. But there is at least progress and direction now. I think a lot of stuff will be taken to Goodwill. Once this is done the basement be will a more usable space. For the men of the house gaming. For the woman, a place to do craft and store bins and bins and bins of craft material. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Anyway it is good to have started this process.
