It was reading week so schools were closed. So, no ball hockey this week. Which worked out well because I had a Saturday morning hike club meeting. They served treats at this meeting! We were suppose to get hammered with rain this weekend. And it did rain, but certainly not a lot. *shrug*

My steam hard drive failed sadness so I had to cannibalize an older drive, and install my games. I did lose a ton of saved games. That really sucks. At least with steam you just download them again...

We tried pizzville's new New York style Cup N' Char Pizza. Awful name. Great pizza.

In the evening we burned through a short series called Adsolescence... It was quite a trip. It followed a family who's 13 year old son is accused of murder. The series focused on different aspects of a murder... this wasn't a typical murder story. I won't ruin it with details but the story lingers in a few unique aspects of the murder and those impacted by it. The acting is incredible. Probably the best I've seen from a British drama. And we've watched A LOT of British drama. Lots of weird twists in this one. Often a unique perspective. It is really powerful and well done. How the camera seems to be one long cut as it narrated the story was impressive. (Although it occasionally felt over indulgent by the director) Oh, and to save you looking it up...A nonce is a slang term chiefly used in Britain for alleged or convicted sex offenders, especially ones involving children. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⅓
