I was certainly reluctant to take the dogs to the market in Orangeville today but they were surprisingly good. We met Brian et al for a day in the area. We had a little walk then over to Mono Brewery for some food. It is a really nice facility. Seemingly in the middle of nowhere but Mono has some hidden gems it seems. They have an incredible Italian food truck on site. I was expecting pizza but it was burger day. And it was an amazing burger (apparently I don't mind gorgonzola cheese) and really enjoyed a Blind Pig Kentucky Common (IBU 20 | ABV 4.5%)...(a few even came home with us) It was pretty hot. Yup. First day of Summer and I'm already complaining...
Well, some pundits said Canada's second gold cup game against Curacao should be an 'easy' win. Well, you have to play the games. And Canada was awful. No finish, sloppy, lots of mistakes and lacking energy. Curacao outworked Canada and earned a point in a 1-1 draw. Canada was lucky to tie - as two Curacao goals were called back on offside. Pretty disappointing, almost shocking 180 from the last game. UGH. If that was a better team with that effort it would have a loss...As usual some CANCACAF weirdness with missed calls and a phantom whistle. Hmm...One pundit said it felt like a 1-1 loss for Canada.

I don't recall what happened but we originally watched Andor and stopped at S01E10... we finally watched the final two episodes of season one last night. Wow, that E12 was incredible.
It continues to be ridiculously -heat warning- hot. Feels like into the 40s. BLECK. Summer is so over rated. I really wish Ontario had a proper Spring for a few months with temps in the low 20s....
Oh and Tr*mp started a war against Iran WITHOUT congressional support. So far, GOP doing, as expected, nothing.
