It is the time of the year when many people celebrate the people they love in their lives. Or is it merely a commercialized cash-grab? I guess I like the idea of once a year pausing and letting the people in your life know you love them. Similar I think, to how people act around Christmas, suddenly people are nice? Yesโฆ of course you should be showing love *all year โroundโ* but letโs be honest hereโฆ that is impossible and it doesnโt happen. The pace of most lives made that not achievable. If you can set aside the gifts and bears (but not the chocolate) and look at the intention of the day, then I think it is worth celebrating. I prefer modestly, but still, I think some indication to your special someone to show them that you care is important. Iโm happy with my VD. It may not have went as smooth as silk, but most importantly I saw how much someone does care for me and that is worth more than anything anywhere to me. Happy Valentineโs Day, especially to my Valentine, B..
Alrighty. I have to go write an exam. I pray to the XML gods for clarity on how to format my childNodes. Good grief.
