The lying orange wanna-be-dictator was hit with a big dose of reality today as a federal appeals court rejected the suggestion that Presidents are above the law. 🙄 U.S. is going to the gutter for sure but at least tht got this ruling right. This would appear to pave his road to jail with gold like his toilet.

In local news, our Cons are doing their best to create issues we don't need. (Hello Republicans!) Con leader Poilievre is now standing behind the ghoulish Alberta transgender laws. Once again, the Cons are filing their discrimination under 'supporting parents' instead of uplifting the rights of an individual. Granted decisions regarding identity alteration made by those under 18 should be done with the full support of health care professionals. The decision should be made for the right reasons but the decision should be for the individual to make. The transphobic laws are also trying to keep trans-women out of women's sports. I mean, was this even something that needed to be addressed at all? Seems like discriminatory Con virtue signaling to me.
