I couldn't imagine a much better start to Canada's 2025 Gold Cup run.... They dominated Honduras ๐ญ๐ณ most of the game...netting an astounding six goal while maintaining a clean sheet. Canada even had some goals from unexpected players, and the newer players all had good nights. Honduras were suppose to be the strongest of the three opponents in group too.
Ultimately the Panthers were unstoppable. The Oilers couldn't figure them out. They are simply a dominant team. If they can maintain that roster - I don't see how anyone can beat them... Ironically, the Leafs came the closest. Another Cup for Florida. *vom*

Ha! Once again, CANMNT getting CONCACAFfed. The story hasn't been fulled released, but Jesse Marsch apparently said something to some delicate CONCACAF official who took offense... and they are threatening to suspend him AGAIN! What a garbage league. Even if Canada does make it to the finals... they'll have to beat the entire organization, the ref, var and the opposition to win it seems. *eyeroll*
