Tragic.

Wow. This ⚠️ (link now 404 😕 - March/24) story is sad in so many ways (and isn’t isolated (link now 404 😕 - March/24) either). (new link mentions both deaths. updated 2024) In a nutshell a girl died from playing World of Warcraft without rest for several days. Eventually her body simply collapsed from exhaustion. I’m a gamer and I’ve been kept up for hours going for ‘one more level’ or ‘playing one more life’ but C’MON dying from fatigue! Where the hell are this girl’s parents? I’m amazed that Blizzard the makers of the game have no mention (that I could find) of this anywhere on their site. So much for corporate responsibility. Sigh. I mean, at least issue a warning of so sort...
