Zip. Another weekend passes by. B. picked up some movies Friday evening. One was good, one was embarrassing. We watched the โgoodโ movie Friday night. Syriana was an interesting political drama that you really had to pay attention to or youโd miss something. It was a complicated story about political corruption, oil, money, greed and human natureโฆ I believe something like this film could certainly (or has) happened. โญโญโญยฝ
Saturday we were suppose to visit my sister but as we were leaving we discovered B. locked the keys in the car earlier. Fortunately I have CAA! One call and someone was here within 30m trying to open the door. The theft deterrent system works! Iโm sure our neighbours love the fact that the car alarm went off three times while the nice CAA guy worked on the car. The night was a right off and only got worse watching the second movie. Made of Honor is embarrassing to even mention. It earned itโs pathetic 12% on RT. Even the cute couple of โPatrick Dempsey and Michelle Monaghan canโt save this forgettable, formulaic chick flick from its comic failings.โ Amen RT. Ho-hum. โญยฝ
I woke up early to join B. for the dogโs field training. Tanga did some things right and some things wrong. Most impressive was her tracking. I guess she has a good nose that knows where to go. After the training we when to the Aberfoyle antiques market. Or as some people call junk collection. It was a little disappointing. Certainly more junk than stuff you would want to bring home.
B. is off to Montreal again. So it is just me and the animals for a few days.
Congrats to Kirk and Sandra on their second! And to Anita and Bill on their third!
