B. came down last night after a long day of pondering, thinking, interviewing and talking to a possible new employer. She is thinking of leaving a job she has been at for 6? years to move to new company doing essentially the same thing she does now. She wants needs a change and the work environment at her present employer sucks. Surgite I say. We met up her cousin and her boyfriend this evening who recently moved to St.Catharines. It was pretty cool listening to them as they start their life together in a new city. They are both newspaper/photographer people so I enjoyed reminiscing about my days at the Press. It was interesting to watch her boyfriend’s demeanor change after each beer. His language seemed to get more liberal after each round. -smirk- I remember those days. Now I drink rum… keeps my head saner.
