a visit to Campbellville

a visit to Campbellville

We ventured to Campbellville todayโ€ฆ It is a small little town and we walked around it for several hours. We started at a great stained glass shop with hundreds of windows and frames for saleโ€ฆ A very impressive collection. We then wandered in the many artisan shops (mostly wood-workers โ€“ who made some stunning tables, chairs, shelves etc.)โ€ฆ There was tons of wonderful creationsโ€ฆ Many of the works were made from boards that were well over 100 years old. Great stuffโ€ฆ Iโ€™ll return when I win a lottery. There was also a decent selection of antiques and crafts in various shops as well. We were hoping for a broader selection butโ€ฆ it was fun nevertheless. B. scored a few nice seasonal finds to decorate her house with. Waited for a train, snapped some photos and that was Campbellville.

The evening was a lot slowerโ€ฆ Making dinner and TV filled most of the night. Oh, and clearly winter has arrived. Brrr.
