I’ll just sleep here for a minute…

We ventured up to Round Lake for a short holiday this weekend. (Short for me, B. is there all the rest of this week) The weather was really good. We ended up spending most of the weekend swimming in warm Round Lake waters. The food was great! We had yummy steak one night, Thai coconut noodles, mesquite pork tenderloin… we ate (and drank) like royalty.

Sunday we followed the East road into Algonquin Park and stopped to do a little hiking. B. was pretty psyched about running into a bear. We didn’t. We ended up on the top of a hill with a beautiful vista of the surrounding area. It was a relaxing weekend. It was a shame it was so short.

It was a ‘ruff’ weekend for Tanga. She hit the sauce pretty hard and eventually just passed out. I doubt she remembers most of the week or the times she spent with the neighbours German Shepard ‘Happy’. Truly a sad sight.
