Hungry Like a Wolf

Hungry Like a Wolf

heh, I was looking for a piece of code and stumbled across some more unsung interfaces… they have been added to the graveyard. Ahh, yes, back in the cold fusion days…the links are, of course, not functional, everything has changed. Hello PHP. 🙂 I’m working on a new interface for the links section… should be ready soon.

update: graveyard has been removed.

relaxed and feelin’ great…

last night was a late night watching the Canucks completely fall apart. Sigh. The Sens and er… Ducks victories were much more entertaining. The BoyZ finally decided and booked Silent Lake as this summer’s boyZ camping trip. Should be a good one!! Already the trash talk and bantering has begun. hehe… <smirk>

Summer is ready when you are.

Update: Silent Lake link has moved.

Monday’s Musical Five

1. Name one song you hate to admit you like.
Hungry Like a Wolf by Duran Duran. (Oh yeah baby!…I’m on the hunt down after you!)

2. Name two songs that always make you cry.
Well, not always… Ave Maria and Moonlight Sonata.

3. Name three songs that turn you on.
Turn me on huh… hmm…
Time After Time by Cyndi Lauper (Romantic, not so much a turn on..)
Nothing Compares 2 U by Sinead O’Conner (same)
Wicked Game by Chris Isaak
more as I remember the Artists…

4. Name four songs that always make you feel good.
This is easy, there are many.
Commercial Rain by Inspiral Carpets
Lust for Life by Iggy Pop
Here comes your Man by Pixies
Peekaboo by Siouxsie and the Banshees
Birdhouse in Your Soul by They Might Be Giant (and *most* TMBG material)
I’ll add more as I think of them…

5. Name five songs you couldn’t ever do without.
Moonlight Sonata by Ludwig Van Beethoven (the melody is perfect)
Symphony # 5 by Ludwig Van Beethoven (revolutionary)
Been Caught Stealing by Jane’s Addiction (mainly because it opened a whole genre of music to me…)
Smothered Hope by Skinny Puppy (because life is up and down everybody knows its wrong… another genre opening song for me)
Bigmouth Strikes Again by the Smiths (I was a metalhead in high school – Preppy music was evil. This song made me rethink my snobby way and, again, opened up much more musical diversity for me…)
Unchained Melody by The Righteous Brothers (Righteous indeed… this song and a woman in your arms is damn close to heaven)
