Barb is away in Montreal a few days. So just me and the horde of animals that seem to require constant feeding. Barb ripped some poor phone rep from Rogers a new asshole about ‘home phone’ being down over and over… And wow… they were at the house within 48 hours and claim to have fixed the problem. We’ll see. It was obviously and clearly dysfunctional before. I think something wasn’t done properly. Rogers home phone uses their cable line. (You can see it spliced for phone and Internet) The Internet always worked the phone did not. Hopefully it has been fixed… It is strangely discomforting not to have a phone number you can be reached at.
