Lost

I was looking forward to getting home this evening since the gf said she wanted to go for a long walk. Of course fate intervened and shut me down. There was an accident that diverted traffic off my normal route home. I figured I could just do a grid and catch back up with the road. Oh no, that couldn’t happen of course… So I drove for a bit, a bit turned into a while and eventually I realized this can’t be freaking right. I was hungry, tired, had to go and was nearly out of gas. After consulting a map I was, of course, going the wrong way. Meh. I ended up doing a ridiculous loop that ended up exactly where I diverted. The accident had been cleared by then.
