ugh.

A friend of mine planned a ‘Hockey Day in Canada’ for yesterday. So. A bunch of us (just guys, originally gfs/wives were going to come but they all backed out.. Hmm…) found some space in downtown Toronto (King & Bathurst) in a church parking lot. (I knew space was at a premium but the guys told me about parking spaces costing 10-25k to buy! Holy crap. I love to VISIT Toronto. The game was a lot of fun. We substituted goalies for a wooden target (which is surprisingly hard to hit during a rush while you are being checked… or when you are all alone and have all the time in the world…) My shoes must need replacing. My feet feel bruised. Ouch. And ‘of course’ with 10 minutes to play I was playing without my gloves then I decided to slip and gash my hand up. I guess it isn’t hockey until someone is bleeding. -smirk- After all that running around the rest of the night was on the couch. B. and I actually watched 24, which wasn’t too bad, over the top, but not too bad. As well we tuned into Six Feet Under which we both seem to enjoy.

Roleplaying was cancelled since the DM couldn’t get the Server working. Sigh.

Odd. I thought I entered this entry last night. Clearly it didn’t save. Weird.
