Union Station, Toronto

Some news at work. Apparently the office is going to be moved downtown Toronto right across from Union station. I have mixed feelings about this. It would be cool to be downtown; so many neat restaurants, shops, things to do. But it means a monster daily commute. There is no way I would ever drive to work downtown, so that means I’m on the Go train. Again, a mixed blessed. I get two hours of down time daily but I have to get up earlier as well. The plans aren’t finalized but it sounds like the new President is key on doing this so it is just a matter of time.

Work also gave me a bunch of stock options. The stock is worthless right now but… who knows, perhaps one day it will have some real value.

B. and I went to Chapter/Starbucks last night. Starbucks has a delicious new Red Tea Latte. MMM. It was good. I think it may become my new Starbucks standard.
