You would be frowning too if a dog was biting your arm

It was a nice weekend. On Saturday we drove up to Barrie to my sister’s for dinner. My parents also came up for the evening. We started the get together with some snowshoeing… It was a lot of fun and quite the workout. I think we’ll enjoy it a lot in the winter. It makes hiking in deep snow much more tolerable. After dinner we played Hold’Em. It was a long game with my Dad ultimately winning. It was good to see everyone, we don’t really get together all that often. Happy Birthday JP!

B. and started the day off with more snowshoeing in Palgrave forest. It was a great day for it but I was feeling pretty run down after about 30m of trudging through the forest. We always seem to run into friendly and helpful people when we walk there. Today someone offered us a map of the area, which we have been looking for sometime. Thanks! After lunch I went back up to Barrie to watch the Superbowl with my brother-in-law. *Finally* an exciting Superbowl. It didn’t end the way I wanted but it was entertaining until the end. Thanks to JP for stuffing me full of food, great chili!
