It is hard to believe it was one year ago today that I met bdot in Kleinberg and her irrepressible humour, heart warming smile and โfreakerโ outlook on life made a major impression on me. One year later the same qualities continue to impress and keep me happy. Thank you b. for a remarkable year and for loving me like you do. I only can only hope you understand how deeply you have struck a chord with me, I love you.
what to do?
Bdot, her brother and myself decided to see if we could score some reduced post-Easter chocolate to satisfy a craving started by the consumption of Mr.Munchie (thx B!) the Easter bunny yesterday. Sadly the Shoppers was pretty much cleaned outโฆ While her brother and I waited for Bdot outside we were approached by a man with a girl (presumably his daughter) that said they were stranded and try to collect fare for a bus to Barrie. Well, I gave him a little change, but as I walked away, the more I thought about it, the more improbable his story wasโฆ Catch a bus on Easter Sunday from Brampton to Barrie? unfreaking-likely. I know it is small change and who knows what the real story isโฆ I donโt always want to be a dick and tell them to sod offโฆstrange.
B. and I transplanted a tree from her backyard to her front gardenโฆ hopefully it will survive, it is a groovy looking tree. B. made a last minute Easter Ham. I donโt know why I canโt get into ham, the rest of the piggy is so yum.
