Worthless.

I don’t know much about stocks and the stock market. Higher is better. So. When the company I work for (let’s call them Acme Web evermore…) got onto the TSE I was interested to learn a bit more since I have something at stake here. Well, the stock has dropped every day since the initial public offering to half of its original offered value. Now that can’t be good. I figure it was just over valued and it plateaued. -shrug- We’ll see I guess. It has been pretty quiet at work. I’m hoping some new projects get announced soon. I hope this isn’t another .com bust.

I went down to St.Catharines today to spend some time with my Dad. It was great to see him. He enjoyed the company especially since my mother is out of town for awhile. We watched some TV and I got take-out. There was an interesting segment on W5 about U-Haul. Actually… it was pretty scary. They tested 13 rental trucks all across Canada for safety, ALL 13 failed. Whoa. So, you may want to think twice before renting U-haul! The drive down was pretty bad. I don’t know why… maybe because I wear glasses or whatever but I *hate* driving at night in the rain. I find it hard to see the road in the distance. I’d take pretty much any other driving conditions over at night in the rain.

I’m surprised at the Sabres’ great start to the hockey season 6-2! Who’d thunk it! I think the new rules really allow for the Sabres’ smaller skilled players to excel. Go Sabres!

Huh, appears that unsung was down for a bit Saturday night. Strange… the host site is down too. Eeek that can’t be a good sign… I was told one of their routers died or some such thing. Poor dude on the phone sounded like he had been yelled at all day long. -smirk-
