well, it was tremendous

The boys at work and I did a long lunch today. We had lunch at Tremendous and it was tremendous… Don’t be fooled by the non existent bland exterior of the building, there is plenty of colourful spirits and food inside. Admittedly we were fairly clueless when we ordered not really knowing what we would be getting in every instance. We got a few things that didn’t go over well… But the majority was amazing. With a little more information (knowing what is more desirable off the menu) Dim Dum can be a great way to sample a variety of Chinese dishes. We made quite a mess of our Dim Sum menu card… I think every box was checked off. -smirk- I certainly found some things I really enjoyed… the sticky rice, the bbq dumplings, spring rolls, shrimp rolls, won ton soup… perhaps the less adventurous of the stuff off the menu… but that is what I liked. I’d do Dim Dum again.

(2024 update) Wow...looking at their current reviews and they seem to have slid considerably in 20 years. Maybe it is under new management/ownership, I would assume new staff. I can only speak to my visit at this time and it was amazing. *shrug* Yes it looks like new management 2018...
