Got Dogs

Two years ago if you told me Iโ€™d be walking (more like guiding) two dogs through a park right after work you would have seen me laughing heartily. But a lot has changed in two years. So today when I was solely responsible for two dogs off leash I was happy to see them behave and obey so well. It is great to see the animals enjoy themselves so much chasing each other, playing, running .. doing dog stuff. Plus a quiet cuddly tired dog at night is much more enjoyable than a under exercised jumpy one.

Work marches along. We are mostly done all the existing sites we have. Soโ€ฆeither a new project, new website orโ€ฆ hmm fire me?

Ahh yes..โ€™New Orleans is sinking man and I donโ€™t want to swimโ€ฆโ€™ What is going on down there? I canโ€™t believe the slow response to this tragedy. First offโ€ฆ a hurricane hitting the South East coast is a documented possible catastrophe that could hit the USA. The govโ€™t knew many many hours before the hurricane hit that it was comingโ€ฆand yet a week later and there is still massive chaos in Louisiana. Admittedly this is a massive natural disaster unlike any the US has seen, but surely then it would warrant an equally massive response? I mean jez, they picked up an old women off a house *today*. What I canโ€™t understand is rebuilding the mess. Yes it is your home, but wake up peopleโ€ฆ this can and probably will happen again. I think it would be wise to move out of a *known* lethal natural disaster corridor.
