Stranger than Fiction

It feels like it has been a long time since Iโ€™ve had a day offโ€ฆ Phew. Today was fairly relaxing. We started the day off going to B.โ€™s sisterโ€™s for brunch. We had yummy crapes, fruit and muffins. As usual, the โ€˜boysโ€™ eventually wandered off into the basement to play with an assortment of B.โ€™s brother-in-law & sonโ€™s toys. The current obsession seems to be Remote Control cars, jeeps, boats, snowmobilesโ€ฆ pretty much anything with an engine. I often wonder who gets more enjoyment out of the toys; her nephew or her brother-in-law. โ€“smirk- The rest of the afternoon was clearing and a nap which I seemed to need. In the evening we watched Stranger than Fiction. I found Stranger than Fiction strangely enjoyable. I was impressed with Will Farrellโ€™s dramatic acting skills and having the cutie Maggie Gyllenhaal in a lead role didnโ€™t hurt either. An interesting film well worth a rent. It is somewhat thought provoking as well. โญโญโญยพ

Big hockey game tomorrow night! Leafs and Habs! The winner has a shot at grabbing the final playoff spot. (actually it depends largely on what the NYIs do as wellโ€ฆ) Should be a great game. I donโ€™t care which team wins. I hate the Leafs moreโ€ฆbut it would be nice to see the Sabres mop them up in the first round and shut up all those over zealous, melodramatic, delusional Leaf fans I have to tolerate on a day to day basis living in the GTA who really think they could beat the Sabres in a 7 game series. *headslap* WAKE UP!
