Suckage

Well… a typical Sabres’ ending to the season today. A lifeless failure in game six to punctuate the numerous problems with the core of the team. Soft, heartless and often embarrassing play by Roy, Pomminville and Connolly, a combined 7 points over 6 games. Wow… awesome. The special teams were an abysmal 0 for 19! Jesus… combine that with several 2 goal leads blown and it is easy to figure out why the Sabres are now golfing.

A few bright spots: Miller, Ennis, Grier, Myers.

Next year will be the same. Darcy won’t move the overpaid aforementioned trio and they are all signed for at least another season. So… more heartbreaking lows next year!
