Saturday I drove down to Niagara for a friend’s stag. It was a good time. I got to spend a lot of time with a bunch of my friends from school and from Niagara. I was responsible for the music for the stag. It is curious how much ‘DJing’ has changed in the past 5-10 years… now I can come in with my laptop connect to the hall’s speaker system and be playing music in 2 minutes. Prior to the MP3 age you would need at least two cd players and a ton of cds. Now thousands of songs can be played from one laptop. Mmmm technology.

Sunday I did a bit of running around, both in Niagara and Brampton. My dad wanted me to set up his printer. He got it somewhere ‘marked down’. It was opened. First it had no USB cable then I discovered the printer had no printer cartridge. Bah, some deal. In the evening we watched Shut Up & Sing. It was interesting but more personal than political. I was pretty tired in the evening so pretty much just chilled out with a tasty beverage. ⭐⭐⭐½

Today was pretty slow moving. Eventually we got out to a garden centre but it was really hot there and I faded quickly in the heat. Gah. Tonight we watched Shooter . It wasn’t bad. Pretty standard action movie. ⭐⭐⭐ B. cooked up a storm this weekend. Including tasty Key Lime Pie! Mmmm pie!
