So… the house was listed Friday and we had people through today. A lot of people, and more are booked for tomorrow! In fact… we already have three offers! We have only seen one of them and it is just above the asking price! We were slightly skeptical about our real estate agent’s process and thought the house might be listed a little low… but if it turn out to be a bidding war tomorrow then awesome. The agent has been right so far on everything so… we’ll see tomorrow. We see the offers around 2:30. (Regrettably around the same time as my final ball hockey playoff game… the Hockey gods frowned on me. Why! WHY) The first offer on the house was just above list… so all the hard work, late nights and sweat equity seems to have paid off. I have to say the house does look really good. The best I’ve ever seen it. Hopefully we can make a little more for our efforts. Tomorrow should be an exciting day.

We looked at a few homes in Bolton. I’m pretty sure we are looking at North Hill Bolton, in one of the older neighbourhoods. It seems a little daunting to sell first without having found a place… But our estate agent is confident something we like will turn up. She seems to have a very good idea about what we are looking for… phew… soon!

Hoping the TTC strike is averted… like Mondays need to suck more than they already do.
